The Challenge

Washington Federal is a regionally based financial institution in the Pacific Northwest who over the years had developed a very limited, unbranded ATM network. With a change in strategy, they needed a company who could design, develop and roll out a new and exciting brand that fit into their publicized shift into a more retail focused bank.

The Process
The Sterling sales and design team listened and came up with a new brand that totally enhances Washington Federal’s fleet of ATM’s, tying it into the overall look and feel of their new initiatives.

The Result

The combination of a well lit, LED panel approach that at the same time incorporates their dot matrix pattern was an instant hit.  The bank’s ATM program is well recognized all across their footprint, by customers and competitors alike. View a downloadable pdf of this case study.
